Abstract

Fabricant Corporation in its ongoing quest to continuing improve as a good corporate citizen, and socially responsible is trying to create a project to that will accomplish its objectives. The CEO Lee Feinberg stated the organizations objectives are to reduce energy consumption, raise environmental awareness as well as 15 % return on investment. This short paper will include an evaluation of the selection criteria, a ranking of proposals, a project initiation approval, and the steps required to create a work breakdown structure and finally the project schedule development.
