The beginning of a story, to when a stranger comes to town:

As he strutted across the hall he carried a large black duffle bag and a dark red messenger bag; which pressed up against his faded blue Levi’s. He slowly began to confront the empty room across from me, took out a golden key, and walked inside the pitch black room. Before he shut the door, he made a star-struck smile; making my roommate Jackie smitten. Throughout the days, he became to be known among the ladies as the man who everyone pined for, and whom every guy wanted to be. No one ever saw him without his dark red messenger bag, and he constantly went from his room to class. He never stopped at the café to grab a bite of food, never checked out a book, and never went to the computer lab. He was unknown on campus but yet still very well known. Until one day, when my boyfriend Jacob, and I were having an argument in the common area. Jacob had been intoxicated and all of a sudden tried to strike the right side of my face; when he grabbed mid-punch by the unknown man.

Poem:

She has grace like no other.

Those mysterious, blue tiger-eyes of hers pounce as you

Look at her glistening spark.

Her face, sweet as honey, pure like apple blossoms,

Confidence through her veins giving her a warrior-like

Complexion that rises like the sun.

Her hair, enlightens of sweet reason gliding as of wind and gust.

Her voice, soothing and charming as the loon’s call in the

Mist of the night

Every aspect of her is complete;

An image of beauty and grace,

One dreams of her nature.

Michelangelo could not capture the beauty that lies within her.

Who dares to compare?

On, she has grace like no other!
