Overall:
I mentioned it in prior assignments. I work for a water department with only three employees. We have to be able to trust each other and relight on each other’s knowledge and skills. The team would not function and we would not be able to do all the jobs we are required to do, if we would have someone who only thinks about himself. One of the questions I answered with no was about the support of each other after we get to a consensus. Just because we have to do it a certain way does not mean that we like it and also in return does not mean that we don’t finish a job good and correct. The second no I gave to the question about supportive leadership. We are a small community and have to many cooks in the kitchen. We are three people working the bottom of the chain of command and have six people in some sort of leadership position that tell us how and what to do. These six people don’t always agree and we three are the ones ending up in between these people. The third no was for the rewards. Like mentioned earlier, we are only three people.
