Blocks of study time and breaks questions

Jot down one best time block you can study, how long is it? What makes for a good break for you? Can you control the activity and return to your studies?

- My time block is from 5 PM to 7 PM

- In my break I reply to the people that texted me or I go outside and kick the football around.

- Sometimes I can control it but sometimes I can’t. sometimes I get caught up in the activity that I am doing.

What is the best study space you can think of? What is another?

- In my room where it’s quiet

- In the living room when it’s quiet.

- Saturday and Sunday

What is one distraction that causes you to stop studying?

- My baby brother and my girlfriend
