A. Standards and Procedures

a. Acceptable Use Policy

i. “Proprietary information stored on electronic and computing devises whether owned or leased by Company X remains sole property of Company X. (SANS Institute)”

ii. Employees are responsible for reporting any theft or suspected theft or loss of proprietary information.

iii. No expectation of privacy for the use of emails, internal instant messaging service, or written documentation.

b. Dress Code

v. Employees should dress professionally with a business casual image to clients and coworkers. Any required uniforms, protective wear, and name badges must be worn. Torn, ripped, athletic, revealing, tight, or workplace inappropriate clothing is not allowed.

vi. There may be casual or dress down days throughout the year. Jeans must be clean and free of holes. No flip flops or casual sandals may be worn due to safety. (Dress Code: Attire and Grooming Policy)

c. Use of company resources

vii. Company vehicles must be driven to and from job sites, client meetings, and from work to home only. Mileage is reported and excess mileage will be investigated.

viii. On site resources must be used responsibly. Supplies are ordered through our office and are documented. Missing or stolen supplies will be noted.

d. Misrepresentation

ix. Employees must not knowingly misrepresent the company to investors, clients, or the public.

e. Obeying Laws and Regulations
