Draw common supply chain for ‘Dinner table’

I have chosen pasta, chicken-breast, mashed potatoes and fresh fruits on my ‘dinner table’ for visualizing supply chain and to familiarize with the supply chain management terms.

Supply chain has five major flow, Planning, Source, Execute/Add value, Transport & distribute and Deliver to customer. Following are the various raw materials ingredients flow for my ‘dining table’.
a. Plan: Pastas are primarily made from unleavened dough of wheat flour mixed with water or eggs and formed into various shapes, then cooked by boiling or baking. Chicken breast will be sourced from poultry farm, boneless and skin-less. Mashed potatoes will be sourced from potato farm. Fresh fruits Apples and strawberries will be sourced from orchard.
Raw materials – Flour, Egg, Milk, Chicken, Potatoes, Apple and Strawberries.
b. Source: Potatoes and fresh fruits will be sourced from Nicholas Farm & Orchard; they have the freshest fruits and vegetables in an around Chicago. Boneless skinless Chicken breast and eggs from Alliance poultry farm. Flour from Northwest Grain growers. Milk from Midwest Diary Associates.
c. Execute/Add value: Various herbs, seasoning will be buying from Jewels. Pastas are boiled for 10mins and then mixed with herbs and dressed with various flavors. Chicken breast is baked for 45/60 min. Apple and strawberries are cut as side dish. Plate up the food once it’s cooked on the dinner table.
d. Transport & Distribute: Mere transportation occurs between Nicholas Farm & Orchard, Alliance poultry farm, Northwest Grain growers and Jewels.
