TABORWASA which means Talaga-Bogo Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association was headed by Mr. Florentino Ortega and her daughter was the treasurer, Mrs. Elvira Ortega Bulado.Presently, Taborwasa has composed of barangays and sitios :124 clients in malalag, 91 in sug-ongon, 36 in ticoy, 201 in bogo 33 in banahaw, 142 in payahan, 52 in bakat and dobdob, 42 in bug-ot, 219 in baybayon, 76 in upper dobdob and it was built in 1998.

I discovered that their processes are done in a manual way, she's just using bondpapers where she is able to write all the informations of the clients and also about their water fees every month and also whenever there is a client that wants to pay their water bill she just have to look for it in the list because there were so many clients and also manual computation of water bills and which I think takes a lot of time to do it and she can't do other works, so as a solution to the person, I proposed to do the Water Billing System .
