The case study took the point of view of the Production Manager of the Armour Garment Company. Since no further details were given about the organizational structure and size of the company. We assumed that with a large workforce and its long stay in the industry, this case study assumes that the company had a manager for production operations. The officers of the company are concerned as to whether they still have the competence to continue the business or not.
