Introduction

As a human resources consultant, we found out a potential problem in each department of staff recently. The issues which around the high turnover rate, minimum wage ordinance, casual worker, loyalty of staff and working attitude. Employee is our greatest asset of hospitality industry, we must seek to solve the current problems, prevent the high quality staff leaves our company. And in this assignment, we will discuss how to solve those problems and thinks how to improve it. In this time our group has chosen the Hilton international hotel Hong Kong.

Background of Hilton worldwide
