Mission Statement
Our purpose at Sunshine Adult Day Health Center is to promote the health and well-being of the Duval County communities' elderly and disabled by addressing each client's unique physical, social and emotional needs. We do this by providing a clinical and social environment that will promote physical and emotional health, prevent further complications, and restore our client's maximum level of physical and emotional functioning. We provide an alternative to residential nursing home facilities by making it more affordable and convenient for caregivers. Also, we provide respite care to families who choose to care for but need care and supervision for their loved ones while they are away. We promote the well-being of every individual and their families.

Our goal is to ensure that every individual displays improvement whether it is in their physical, health, or emotional needs. We work in conjunction with various organizations that relate to the needs of the population that we serve.
