1. The way Internet technologies can be used to improve one of the processes of Retail is that It can help with management. With IT, management is able to send emails, create slideshows and publish documents. As IT systems develop, these managers will be able to make this information more relatable and reach more people.

2. Some of the applications I would recommend to a smaller business would; CRM, ERP and SCM. CRM because it automates processes sales and marketing. ERP because It handles the basic internals of business processes of a company. Lastly SCM because it links key business processes to suppliers customers and business partners.

3. Sales force automation increases business which makes the people more productive. This helps marketing management see what the bounds are of the company when considering workforce and effective revenue increases. This will give the company a competitive advantage when having sales and when competitors have sales because they will know how to effectively list their products to maximize customer flow.

4. Customers are the reason a company can turn on the lights when it gets dark. Customers should be the number one priority for a business therefore every company should be customer focused. Not only is the number of customers important, customer satisfaction is as well. When customers are not satisfied, they are more likely to not return and this is a loss of profit.

5. Overenthusiastic demands will affect the entire supply chain. They will affect things such as production; more items produced than actually needed. Inventory; there will be an overstock of items that take up needed space. And other business aspects will be affected as well. It is important to correctly plan demand when supply chain planning.

6. A company should use whichever software that will positively affect their company. Neither software is necessarily better than the other yet at the same time most companies cannot function as well on one as the other....
