Photography Assignment

Every crime scene has a story and a path of events that needs to be told. Stories all have a beginning, a body of information (a middle), and an ending. The ending can only be known by the person that committed the crime for the time being, while those reading the bits of knowledge are left to guess about what the evidence and crumbs of information might lead to. Crime is meant to be solved and the truth must come out. That is why documenting and investigating a crime scene is helpful to investigators with the use of photography. Pictures of how the crime went down become the investigators’ best source of information towards figuring out what might have happened and where. The pictures start telling the story in more depth than before. Photographs are not evidence by themselves but they do provide a visual document of the crime scene and the location of where evidence was found. Photos of any type will not do.
