ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

Alhamdulillah, praise to Allah SWT the Almighty that blessing is in order to finish this assignment, Student In Enterprise Programme (SIEP) successfully. After 10 days I have to work at Dalilah Bakery and finally I can finish my practical.

First of all, I would like to send my gratitude and thousand thanks to my panel Cik Nur A’mirah Binti Mohd Yaziz. She explains a lot about SIEP and also helps me in choosing the company by giving some examples.

Furthermore, not forgot to my SIEP advisor Mr Ong Soo Chuan, because of his briefing to all students. He briefed one by one in detail. From his briefing, i know the flow to do this programme, what must the first thing that must i do then what the next. Thanks to my family especially my parents because they gave me support in order to finish my project

I have to complete the SIEP in 8 July 2014, with good experience and full of knowledge. Besides that, I would like to thank to the owner of Dalilah Bakery, Puan Hajah Dalilah Binti Abu Bakar because of her explanation and direction of the management in her bakery. Not forgotten, to all workers that gave me a lot of hand to solve a problem at the bakery.

Last but not least, we would like to thank all those who had contributed to me with directly or indirectly in completing my short practical within 10 days.

INTRODUCTION

Let me start with introducing myself. I am Nur Hidayah Binti Muhamad Sopie with matrix number A13A1539. I as a FKP student,University Malaysia Kelantan (UMK). I feel very proud that I can accomplish my first Student In Enterprise Programme (SIEP). This task had been given by the faculty of FKP.

Student In Enterprise Programme that is SIEP is one of the programme that had been organized by the university. This programme is a compulsory task that must be done 3 times from first semester to the six semesters. The minimum limits are 10 days. Each semester has its own goals that must be complete.
