Businesses that are recovering from the most recent economic recession should be willing to embrace new ideas and new employees willing to undergo change. I do not aspire to be a manager one day but if I did it would be important to know that good manages are not born but they are made. This tells me that through experience I can become the manager that I had always dreamed of being. I believe that we as humans are the sum of our experiences in life. And its good to know that anyone can learn to be a good manager.
