Zappos has the capabilities of attracting job seekers with high-quality skills that capture the essence of a positive culture. Zappos has mainly sought to develop strategies that have fostered employee innovation, creativity that has served as a spectrum to diversify in their production. Zappos is also dedicated to children as it acquired a suitable mechanism that enhances individuals of all ages to access their merchandise through online shopping. Zappos has also increased this virtual shopping experience through offering excellent customer services. Zappos enterprise is highly confident and knowledgeable concerning their numerous lines of commodities as their motto champions the element of return of a product without any challenges on the part of their client. Zappos has developed a continuum that has enhanced their exploits of searching, development and implementation of exemplary client based services (Langlois, 2011).

Zappos has created an ethical culture where their interests are slowly evolving into the establishment of a proper moral environment that has centered all its elements around a particular moral code. Also in such an approach, every individual is held accountable in such a code. Companies can also responsibly integrate both ethical and moral codes in their operations (Bellingham, 2003).
