SUBJECT: Team Leadership Memo

Included in this memo are details about the individuals on this team and information about their personalities. I will use this information to design a personalized approach to leading this team effectively. The team will not need lectures or training on how the company is run and other pertinent information.

She will work well with others as she is the type who does not like conflict and can resolve things when people are having differing opinions. I will look to her to keep the team motivated and optimistic about the goals of the team. Finally, we have Alexeis Ares-Gattorno. He is a very logical individual. He will keep brain storming ideas very realistic and help us realize what is attainable and what just a dream is.
