I do not know a lot about bible but I’ll try to write and explain it with my best for this discussion board. Before I wrote this discussion board I just want to mention that I went to church since I was baby so I heard and saw many good things and bad things about churches and stuff. But I saw bad things more than good things so I started to get away from God in spiritually. The time I decided to get close to God, I mean “got saved” isn’t to long ago.

I started to read Bible and I wanted to read the whole Bible this year; that is one of my goal this year. As we all know there is famous Bible verse that explains that Bible is inspired by God. If we look at the 2 Timothy 3:16 it says, “All Scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness.” And also if we look at the 2 Peter 1:21 it says, “For the prophecy came not in old time by the will of man: but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Ghost.” I believe those Bible verses explains very well about bible is inspired by God.

I believe the unity of the bible is one of the greatest evidences of its supernatural origin. Bible’s diversity extends to their historical position. The Bible consists of sixty-six books written by some forty different authors over a period of a millennium-and-a-half (1,500 years). This diversity also extends to their social condition. The writers of the Bible, socially speaking, had no common denominator. They were men actually very diverse in social condition, physical temperament and mental ability. . Some were sovereigns, others were subjects; some were lawyers, others were labourers; some were conquerors, others were captives; some were farmers, others were fishermen; some were scholars, others were shepherds; some were priests and others were physicians, and some were prophets and others were poets.
