Over the years, there has been an increasing need for organizations to adopt effective leadership and problem solving skills. This paper examines the possible solutions that can be used to solve problems in healthcare system as well as the impact of Adam Smith in redefining the economics.

There are several problems that are facing health care systems in the contemporary society. The first major setback is the presence of unskilled health professionals. The medical field has a large number of semi-skilled and unskilled care givers that result in poor diagnosis and treatment of different illnesses and conditions. Moreover, most of the health care systems have not adopted advanced technology. Another problem is shortage of funds to spearhead research and expansion.

To solve these problems, there should be more extensive training of healthcare professionals to ensure they acquire relevant skills. Besides, modern technology should be used in diagnosis and treatment of different illnesses and disorders. Advanced technology can be used to diagnosis and treat complex health conditions such as the occurrence of cancerous cells and brain tumors. The government should also fund the activities of health care organizations. All these measures can result in improved health care service delivery.
