CONSUMER PROMOTION: CANON EOS 700D CASHBACK

A) TERMS & CONDITIONS

1.1 This Promotion is organised by Canon Marketing (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. (“CMM”). By registering and accepting this Promotion, Customers are deemed to have agreed to be

bound by the terms and conditions stated herein.

1.2 This Promotion is valid to all Malaysian citizens or permanent residents who hold or own an individual/personal valid bank account number in any local banks in Malaysia

except for CMM’s employees (including their immediate families), affiliates, authorized dealers, distributors or agents.

1.3 All cash will be reimbursed back to Customers via direct transfer to Customers’ own individual/personal valid bank account number only. CMM will not reimbursed back

the cash to Customers who provide a different individual/personal bank account number that is different from the name used during registration of the products warranty.

1.4 For clarification purpose, strictly no alternative arrangement will be entertained by CMM, and no cash or cheque will be provided to Customers under this Promotion terms

and conditions.

1.5 This Promotion is valid from 20th August 2015 until 31st October 2015 (“Promotion Period”).

1.6 CMM reserves the right to void, amend or revise the terms and conditions of this Promotion as and when necessary without any prior notice.

B) How to enjoy this Promotion

2.1 To enjoy this Promotion, Customers must first purchase any one (1) unit of the selected three (3) Canon DSLR camera models, as provided below, from any of CMM’s

Canon Authorised Dealers in Malaysia during the Promotion Period.

(1) EOS 700D Body

(2) EOS 700D (EF-S 18-55 IS STM)

(3) EOS 700D (EF-S 18-135 IS STM)

2.2 Customer must ensure that the selected Canon DSLR camera models purchased from Canon Authorised Dealers carries a warranty issued by CMM.
