Background of the Company

Incorporation

Acropolis Exports (Pty) Ltd was established in December 2014 in the Republic of South Africa as Acropolis Exports (Proprietary) Limited with Registration No: 2014/211913/07.

Acropolis Exports (Pty) Ltd inherited the activities of Acropolis Investments (Pty) Ltd which has been operating in South Africa since 2005; Acropolis Investments evolved to focus on purely investing activities while Acropolis Exports focusses on exporting and supply of agricultural, industrial and mining equipment to customers in Central and Southern Africa.

Acropolis Investments (Pty) Ltd controls 50% of Acropolis Exports (Pty) Ltd.'s capital.
