The ability and disposition to improve one’s thinking by systematically subjecting it to intellectual self-assessment. It is important to recognize that on this view, persons are critical thinkers, in fullest sense of the term, and professional we exclude from our concept of the critically thinker those who think critical in only one dimension of their lives. We do so because the quality of one’s life’s dependent upon the high quality reasoning in all domains of one’s life not simply in one domain , we must recognize that in the present mode of instruction it is perfectly possible for student to graduate from high school , or even college, and still be largely unreflectively thinkers, though all student think, most student are large unaware of how their think is structured or how to assess or improve it, thus when they experience problems in thinking they lack the skill to identity and fix these problem.
