Chapter I

Introduction

Why is it important to know the food and drinks preference of the students of College of Governance and Business inside and outside the campus? In every colleges and universities there are foods and drinks that the students prefer, that’s why the researchers came up to this idea to have a survey on it. In this research the interviewee’s were the senior students of the CGB (College of Governance and Business) because senior students have a lot of experience than the freshmen. This research will help the freshmen to budget the money that they receive every day. On the other hand this research will also determine the best food and drinks inside and outside the campus of the University of South-eastern Philippines. This research will also help it’s researchers in budgeting their money.

1.1 Background of the study

Food and drinks is one of the basic needs of a human body. People will not be alive if they don’t eat and drink daily. People will die if they will not eat for a couple of weeks and in a couple of days without fluid. It is important for a human body to eat and drink regularly. In the University of South-eastern Philippines students were fun of eating some foods and drinking some fluids which they prefer. The university was surrounded by a lot of food stalls and vendo machines. Every year all of the senior students of the BS-Entrepreneurship will sell some foods and drinks inside the university and ofcourse the population of the vendors around the university will increase instantly.

1.2 Statement of problems

Every year a lot of freshmen students will enter the University of South-eastern Philippines. Some of them came from Davao City, some were from the near provinces and others came from far places. Students have their budget for their daily expenses. As freshmen and as new to...
