As a young women in todays society I have seen first hand how pronounced gender inequality is in our world. Women are separated from men in the workplace, in schools, and in different cultures throughout the planet. Many people would argue that it isn’t that big of a deal or that a majority of the time women become mothers and wives so they don’t pursue a successful career. Gender inequality is prominent in our schools, other societies in the world, and in the workplace. In this essay I will be providing points to support this claim and research to prove it. i like it in the butt hole like every day;)

Women in the United States are granted many more rights than that of females in many different countries all over the world. In Kashmir a militia group demanded that Muslim women wear burkas or risk being attacked if they did not do so. Two women suffered the consequence of this when they had acid thrown in their face for not covering up in public. This is just one example of segregation between men and women, in some countries, like Afghanistan, women are not even allowed to get an education. Girls are often taken out of school when they hit puberty because of cultural factors that involve the “fidelity” of sending boys and girls to the same school, or even sending girls to school period. This has been improved since the fall of the Taliban but women in Afghanistan are still constantly fighting for their rights. The literacy rates of women there are still considerably low, only about eighteen percent of girls between the ages of fifteen and twenty-four are able to read. While the percentage of children enrolled in primary school is continuously increasing, the amount of female students is not. Perhaps one of the most severe cases of gender inequality is in Saudi Arabia where women are not allowed to drive a car, or even ride a bicycle on public roads.
