For this Dropbox assignment, select a major societal problem such as gun violence, overpopulation, climate change, pollution, consumer debt, clean water, species extinction, etc. In your response, include the following information:

* Describe a metaphor or analogy for the problem.

* Explain how your metaphor or analogy relates to the problem.

* Suggest a possible solution to the problem based on your metaphor or analogy.

Metaphor. Applying word or speech to an object, giving the word a meaning, which is not literally applicable.

A metaphor for fixing and solving pollution would be: “Industrial waste can be an intelligent member of the re-cycling movement.”

An analogy to solve pollution in our earth would be: “Cutting down dirty emissions and heat is like giving a cool breeze of fresh air to the planet.”

The metaphor mentioned above reflects to the problem in that it explains how humans should study and research methods of utilizing industrial waste toward having clean or recycled energy. This all relates to pollution problem and how industrial waste is a big portion of the matter.

An analogy of pollution and reducing emission is to understand that earth is being boiled with dirty emissions. It helps understanding the idea that emissions from industries, cars, etc.… cuts down earth ability to produce fresh air. The problem of emissions and fresh air is due to proven studies of heat not exiting earth atmosphere due to smog and fog caused by industries.

The metaphor suggests solving pollution through creative innovation in the field of waste management. Giving hope toward being able to optimize waste toward energy or somehow a matter...
