Modeling – one of the most attractive and well paid industries. The industry of fashion, beauty, shows and catwalks. The dream of every young girl which is, however, not reachable for everyone. The industry with very strict rules and special conditions that must be fulfilled in order to became a part of it. Every single teenage girl would love to see herself at the light of world famous catwalks and on the front page of the most famous magazines. To became a symbol of beauty and a main point of interest of fashion designers and modeling agencies is many times so desirable that young girls and women do whatever they can just to reach their dream.

And this is the situation when the problem shows up. The problem that is not visible at the beginning, but which destroys many lives. The problem of excessive desire to look like models from the magazines and fashion shows which leads to eating disorders of not eating anything. The desire to loose as much weight as possible and became as thin as the other fancy models. The truth is that this issue is not just about young school girls that admire all those skinny models from the magazines and television, but it is a problem of almost every model that works for modeling agencies and fashion designers. Because they are the reason why models refuse to lead a healthy life and they look like walking skeletons. Their excessive requirements for skinny bodies make them lose so much weight that their bodies just cannot take it and models are starving to death!

This issue has became a serious problem all over the world and many people, doctors and numbers of associations are calling for help. For help from the side of modeling agencies that accept just underweight models and fashion designers that make clothes just for “size zero models”. They are calling for taking responsibility for these girls that are starving to death in order not to loose their job in this industry – a fashion industry. Should this industry regulate...
