For

Demolition and Deconstruction of Building 1166

The contractor shall furnish the personnel, services, equipment, tools, materials, vehicles, facilities supervision and other requirements necessary for, or incidental to, the performance of work set forth herein; assure any and all program and/or project related costing information (regardless of its stage in development) is secured, as directed by the Contracting Officer (CO); and be responsible for safeguarding proprietary, classified, and other sensitive information. The contractor shall be immediately capable of addressing and interpreting all aspects of environmental law and regulation.

PART A - GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

Scope

1 Introduction

This Service Contract includes a full-range of operations, services, and tasks that support Peterson Air Force Base (AFB), Colorado. Service Contract Act (SCA) applies. Specifically, the contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, means, operations, materials, equipment, and accessories, necessary to perform all Hazardous Waste Removal, deconstruction, and site restoration for Project TDKA 09-1005.

The work descriptions provided herein and on any provided record drawings are for informational purposes only, primarily “scope descriptions” that give a general overview and do not detail the full range of materials and processes needed to complete the required work. Prior to submitting a proposal, the contractor shall visit the project site to observe existing conditions and to determine the full extent of work required. Work includes, but is not limited to, hazardous waste removal, deconstruction, and site restoration of Building 1166, at Peterson AFB, CO.
