The blended learning has some weaknesses that need to be addressed, which are concretization, communication across the organization and coordination. These are the biggest weaknesses when it comes to blended leaning. Most people lack the ability to learn from home and this program contains 60 hours of in home learning which some people might not be able to understand all the material. These 60 hours of material, the person needs enable to run the business successfully, are vital but in some cases are not fully focused on by the person being trained. Some people might get bored of the trainingat home and the fact that the person can skip lessons makes it even worse because the person can choose to just skip the whole course in a quick manner. Also, the person beingtrained could CHOOSE to pay someone else to do the course for them if they really did not want to do the course themselves. This is less likely to happen but can cause a huge problem not only to the person but the company as a whole. These actions could

potentially conclude to a closed franchise because of bad human resource management and training.
