Success in College

A person who wants to have a good career in life should attend college and get a degree. For example a very successful career that requires a degree is a doctor. To be successful and get a good career like a doctor perhaps, first people have to be successful in college. Success in college may result from attending class, studying, and completing assignments.

Attending class is important because if one did not, he would not know what is being taught. He would not know what is on the tests and fail then, then eventually fail the class, and ultimately fail college. For example, in math class if one would miss the day that his professor was talking about factoring, consequently he would not know it would be on the test. If he would find out it was on the test he would know how to do it. It is required that students attend class to graduate, and extremely necessary that they study.

Studying will help a student understand and comprehend what is being taught. It will help the student pass the tests and class. For example, in history class studying will familiarize a person with the material. Studying not only helps passing tests, but it also helps one remember the material for later life uses like when a doctor needs to remember the name of an operation, he will know the name and meaning of it because he studied it. Studying is very effective for success, but it is useless if one

does not do the assignments given.

Completing the assignments obliviously will help students pass because without doing the assignments, they would not have any test scores, which determine whether students pass or fail. Completing the assignments will lead to a better understanding of the work and or conformation and realization of the material. For example, in english class completing essays are needed to pass. It is needed to get the grades and pass college.
