Quality of Food: Longhorn Steakhouse has a variety of dishes that go from spicy chicken bite to savory ribs or steak. For the quality of the food it is a very reasonable price. It is prepared at a decent amount of time and sizzling on the plate once it was served. Compared to steak at other steakhouse, Longhorn has very well cooked meat. It is cooked the proper way; nice and crispy brown on the outside and pink on the inside. Longhorn takes pride for their steak; they make sure that it is not grey and carbonized as it may be elsewhere.

Service: Walking in a Longhorn is very pleasant. There are friendly hostess ready to greet their guests. The hostesses there are extremely polite and try to have a conversation with their guests as they lead them to the guest’s table. Once being seated, the server arrived in a matter of seconds and began talking about the specials they had going on. The waiters there are very outgoing and respectful. They weren’t to chatty but weren’t too quiet as well. They definitely seem to care about their customers.

Ambiance: This restaurant has a very nice atmosphere. It sure is more for adults then it would be for a family with multiple children. It definitely is more of a romantic place. In fact it would be great for a first date or any diner on a special date such as an anniversary or birthday. Longhorn also has a bar that is separated from the dining area which is great since people at the bar will not be able to overpower any diners. Also, there is great space between tables, making guests feel at a comfortable distance from other guests.
