Stress as defined in part by psychology today is said to be a simple reaction to a stimulus that disturbs our physical or mental equilibrium. Also and often defined by Merriam- Webster as a state of mental tension and worry caused by problems in your life. Caused by strong feelings of worry or anxiety, physical force or pressure. Stress as it relates to the larger portion of psychology, affects one’s mental health greatly. When stress reaches a chronic state the human body begins to experience a toll of health issues as well. Psych Central informs that the human stress response was not made to be continuously engaged. Stating that diseases of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and a weak immune system. As well as mood disorders such as anxiety disorders and depression.

At the top of my goals is my passion to minister internationally from my own means, and the organizations both non-profit and for profit I envision having. I don't need a church building for show, or pulpit to speak for hours. Just a traveling platform, and the provision to accommodate. Second, I hope to become a top selling author, reaching all age groups. Third but not least, purchase, own, and manage my own collection of residential, and multifamily real estate. An ideal situation that would help me to accomplish all of my goals is a better financial status. One where the tried and true ingredient in the power (in my spiritual belief) God gives to gain wealth is learned, and sustained. Along with remaining consistent as a good steward entrusted with large amounts of money, and resources. Having the support of my husband, extended family, and friends is a definite plus side to achieving my goals. I have noticed that with many of my friends who are successful there was someone mentoring, counseling, and coaching them throughout life.
