Now days, every organization has a purpose and made up of people to work together and achieve target either for short or long term. There are many constraints in order to ensure the subordinates could work as a team and not just work independent. Usually, that’s situation happened when the size of organizations are large and at international levels. So the managements play role to overcome these situation. The manager could enhance the spirit of teamwork by referring the approach that has been introduced by classical theorizer. There a lot of theory that could help the manager to make improvement to in his or her managements

I would like to refer the General Administrative Theory identified by Henry Fayol. It is containing 5 management functions and 14 management principle. Henry Fayol wrote that all manager perform five responsible as the management process. This include plan, organize, command, coordinate and control. At the stage of planning, the managers are responsible to make a planning in how to make achievement. They will consider about the current situation and make estimation about the future. Amidst of the slump economy and unstable political scenario, the manager’s role is important to ensure the organization could survive.

Apart of that, the manager needs to organize the organization well, so that it could increase the efficiency and reduce the lack. By giving the command, the workers are more competitive and motivate to work under pressure. This is important because as human being, they need motivator, guider and leader to give the motivation and order to push them. Other than that after giving the command, the manager should coordinate the subordinates and ensure they work in right path. Control is the last aspect to evaluate the workers performance. It could be done in various techniques. Example is by updated the KPI or performance index.
