Thinking critically simulation

I was asked to make very important decisions that will determine how already struggling organization makes it. I started my improvement from the inside out. I felt like the tension between the organization manager and the other employees need to be resolved. Then I decided that the sales of the retail store were just too low to compete with other competitors so which brings to my next critical issue which was the product mixture in the store. The mixture of the retail is not attracting enough business to compete with our competitors. Which brings another critical problem that I felt was important enough to take care of which is our inventory we had over 80,000 unsold item in our store and that in result in taking care up a lot of space that we could use to bring in newer products. There are many employees complaining about are pay structure and when we have a competitors that are paying better with a better pay structure. So my next problem of concern was attrition. Losing our employees to competitors is something we just cannot afford. The stimulation stated that I did well that I should have put the Sales in front of the operations manager. Maybe I could have put sales in front of the Operations Manager but to me I felt like taking care of the mangers position. First would help other areas that where questionable improve. Also they said that attrition was not supposed to be included at all stating that there were not the many employees that we lost. But to me I felt like everybody is important to our company and that anytime that we lose employees to a competitor there is something that we need to look into in my opinion.
