Declaration of Principles and State Policies

PRINCIPLE

SECTION 1.

                The country is a democratic state. Sovereignty and Equality applies to all people including all Government officials.

SECTION 2.

The maintenance of Peace and order, protection of life and the general welfare of the people is essential and is therefore priority of the Government.

SECTION 3.

The main duty of the Government is to serve and protect its people. In the event that hinders the protection and people’s welfare, the Government may require its citizen to render personal military or civil service under the conditions mandated by the law.

SECTION 4.

The military personnel is the protector of the country, its territory and the people. Their goal is to ensure the prosperity and peacefulness of the state, thus, civilian authority is still supreme at all times.

SECTION 5.

                The church is still in separation with the state and cannot be violated.

STATE POLICIES

SECTION 6.

                The state honors and values the dignity of every human individual and respect the human rights, thus, promote social justice in any case. This Also includes the right of the women and the children and those who are incapable of self-protection such us elderly and person with disabilities.

SECTION 7.

The state recognizes the vital role of the family in the nation, thus, shall protect and strengthen it and it equally protect the unborn. This shall also promote the health of the family and to ensure consciousness among the family members.

SECTION 8.

The state values and recognizes the role of the youth in nation-building and will always support their  physical, intellectual, spiritual, moral and social well-being and with this, the government shall give priority to education, science and technology, arts, culture, and sports to foster patriotism and nationalism, accelerate social...
