Introduction

Mcdonald’s is one of the largest food chain all over the world serving remarkable number of customers worldwide daily. Mcdonald is considered as the largest food service restaurant in the world which was established in the United States in 1940 by Richard and Maurice. McDonald’s headquarter is located in Oak Brook, Illinois. It is the world’s most well known and valuable brand in the global market as a quick service restaurant. Mcdonalds is one of the world’s largest chain of hamburger fast food restaurants, serving around 68 million customers daily in 119 countries across more than 36000 outlets. Mcdonald’s has made a high profile brand image not only because of its qualitative food but also because of cleanliness, everyday value and soon experienced management, advanced operation and customer friendly environment. Mcdonald primarily sells hamburgers, cheese burgers, chicken, French fries, breakfast items, soft drinks, milkshakes and deserts.
