Welcome to Pep Boys Automotive,

I would like to invite you to become part of the Pep Boys Team. I would like to first tell you that we have the deepest appreciation of our employees. Pep Boys has been owned and operated since 1921 and founded in Philadelphia, PA. Our family has come to call our employees family and we look forward to adding you to it.

At Pep Boys we understand that family comes first and that is why we treat you like it. This transition from school or other employment may be stressful, but we look forward to helping you through this transition.

I will start with our business structure so that you have an idea of your potential. I started in the exact position you are in right now. You are currently assigned to service, and after two years you will become eligible for a position as S&SP (Sales and Service Professional). This position will fast track you after another two years to Assistant manager. We require a five-year commitment from our assistant managers and then you will become eligible for your very own store as a Manager. We require another fiver year commitment if you choose to continue to grow with our company. We just celebrated a ninety-five-year anniversary, so you can see we will continue to serve our customers for a very long time

Our company has become successful thanks to our employees and we recognize their dedication and team work. Our customers keep us open and our employee interactions keep them coming in.
