Tesla Recruiting

Supply Chain Internship

Tesla Motors

3500 Deer Creek Road

Palo Alto, CA 94304

Dear Tesla Recruiting,

I will be completing my B.S. in Environmental Engineering Technology, May 2016. I came across the internship position offered through your recruiting team at the Texas State University job listings on jobs4cat.edu. When researching your company, I was very impressed with the incorporation of energy efficient innovations into your technology and design.

During my undergraduate years, I have worked full time in order to pay for school and living. Throughout my time working and pursuing my degree, I have acquired skills that I feel would make me an excellent candidate for this position. The restaurant industry has taught me how to work fast and efficiently while under pressure. The construction industry taught me leadership and managerial skills while dealing with multiple crews, their supplies and equipment. I also worked for CDS directly under the CEO, put in charge of directing and coordinating exposition set ups at the Alamo Dome in San Antonio, TX where I gained not only leadership but the ability to motivate others. I have also implemented a recycling program among my student living apartment complex this semester which I may discuss more in detail if need be.

Through my studies I have become very familiar with the semiconductor industry, design, fabrication as well as manufacturing processes. I have also been very well adept into environmental management and ways to improve upon manufacturing processes through statistical methods in order to optimize production standards. I believe with my skill sets I would make a great asset to your team and look forward to hearing back from you. Thank you for the opportunity as well as considering my application.

Sincerely, Bryce Geib
