Problem Statement:

The miscommunication between Wendy Peterson and Fred Wu has led to a strained relationship between the two them and Fred Wu threating to leave.

Analysis:

Wendy Peterson has a very hands on approach as a manager. She is a very intelligent, hardworking, and loyal employee for AccountBack. Wendy Peterson has a very straight forward and direct personality. She wants to promote a family and very structural work culture.
