Looking into economic indicators, such as GDP per capita and market size we can find out that the purchase power of French is strong enough and market size is big enough to solve our current problem in domestic market.

Also, France is famous for its political safety, and as French market is working based on rule of law, legal system of France is very stable.

In conclusion, Business environment of France is very suitable for multi-national corporations to settle down.

Let’s look at the culture of France. As you guys know, traditionally Café culture is well developed in France. For French, Café is not the place where they visit only for a cup of coffee but also for meal and social life.

And Frenches are highly cultural acceptable, and keeps trying to accept new food culture.

Also, French is highly interested in Korean food thesedays. Actually, Korean food was the most popular food in the world food fair 2015 held in France.

These features show us that our Korean dessert café has the possibility of success in France..

We consider ‘bistro’ to our main competitor. The strength of bistro is that people do not regard bistro as a physical space for eating but as a cultural space itself. Also, as each bistro has its own distinct characteristics, and every bistro are positioning with it.

However, this kind of feature is double-edged sword. Each bistro’s characteristics is so distinct that it can’t easily apply customers’ change of preference.

Recently, there has been a change in dessert culture in France.

Firstly, perception about Franchise has been changed. In the past, French hated Franchise because they regarded it as a destroyer of diversity.
