INTRODUCTION

This assignment is a marketing plan raising awareness of Pusang

International hotel.

It introduces a vacation package aiming university

students. Following, are the five steps of a marketing plan adopted to suit

Pusang International hotel and attract the precise audience. The marketing

plan steps discussed are situation analysis, marketing opportunities,

marketing objectives, strategies and action plans and, financial controls and

budgets respectively.

SITUATION ANALYSIS

Pusang International Hotel is a luxurious four (4) star hotel located at the foot

of the Ukhahlamba Mountain range. It has two hundred (200) bedrooms and

seventy three (73) employees.

Hotel stays are most likely by guests who live in towns close to and

surrounding Drakensburg.
