Trust is an essential component

In every interpersonal relationship there must be a trust between the people involved in that relationship. Trust is the firm belief in the reliability, truth, ability, or strength of someone or something. Trust is one main components in a strong interpersonal relationship that holds together two people, whether it is with you and a family member, a friend, or your significant other. Without trust, there is no friendship, and without friendship, there is no love. Being trusted by someone is very special and when you are told you are trusted is one of the greatest feelings. When someone trusts in you, they believe in you and know that you will be there for them and not let them down no matter what. Trust is a very special thing to share with someone. Trust involves risk and can easily be broken. If you take advantage of someones trust it could break that trust and it is hard to regain that trust.

Some people tend to trust too much, while others have a very hard time trusting people. I'm one who tends to trust too much. I usually trust most people until they give me a reason not to trust them, which is not the smartest idea. I think we should trust someone when they prove they are trustworthy so that we won't be disappointed as much. If someone breaks my trust it is very hard to regain my trust, if they can at all.

Having someone to trust is the best feeling in the world. Knowing that you have someone to talk to about anything that is going on in your life is such a relief. I'm very thankful to have a friend of 19 years. We have experienced so much together throughout our lives already and its such a relief to know that I have a friend like Mariah. I know I can truly trust and depend on her no matter what and knowing that she can trust and depend on me no matter what is a wonderful feeling. If we are ever having a rough day we can always count on each other to help and make things easier for each other.
