Fire Training

I have concluded that I will be doing my research on how training can be beneficial in the fire department. The question that keeps reoccurring in the fire department is how does training in the fire world help develop a fire department to become safer and more acknowledgeable as a whole. Being in my firefighter one class has allowed this idea to develop, where the instructors’ of the class are constantly harping on how you can never have to much training. From the research I will be performing, I hope to develop a great knowledge and understand the training and the effectiveness that it has.
