The Importance of Working Out with Consistency Paper

This article covers the importance of working out consistently. It emphasizes the significance about how beneficial it is to continue exercising and teaches us how to keep a schedule to prolong our consistent workout.

There are two steps that are taught in this article to help us keep a healthy exercise schedule, the first is to create a workout plan. In order to attack a consistency workout you must create a well thought out fitness plan that consists of exercises that you can achieve on a regular basis. The second step is to schedule your workout so you can stay committed. You have to set realistic exercises that you’ll perform and once you do you’ll have to set the amount of time you plan on spending per exercise and technique, the more the better. To keep it consistently, you’ll have to set a schedule for at least three to four days a week.

It’s important to continue working out because this can prevent discomfort such as aches and sores. For example when you complete an intense workout that includes cardio and this is your only workout for the week then you will feel sore the day after. Whereas when you follow a workout schedule that is consistent you will not only began to improve your physical well being but your body will become less sore.

This article overall was very informative and helpful for creating a consistency schedule. I believe it was well explain and used great examples. It taught me how to create a consistent schedule and the importance of keeping one.
