Satan’s

 Secret

 to

 Overcoming

 Christians

Have

 you

 ever

 wondered

 what

 it

 might

 be

 like

 to

 sit

 in

 a

 planning

 session

 that

 Satan

 and

 the

enemy

 forces

 hold

 to

 discuss

 how

 to

 overcome

 Christians?

 One

 author

 felt

 inspired

 to

 write

the

 following,

 not

 too

 far

 off

 the

 mark.

“One

 day

 Satan

 called

 a

 worldwide

 meeting

 to

 discuss

 how

 to

 keep

 Christians

 from

 having

 a

deep

 and

 powerful

 walk

 with

 Christ.

 The

 huge

 crowd

 hushed

 as

 he

 stepped

 up

 to

 speak.

“We

 can’t

 keep

 Christians

 from

 going

 to

 church,”

 he

 began.

 “We

 can’t

 keep

 them

 from

 reading

their

 Bibles

 and

 knowing

 the

 truth.

 We

 can’t

 keep

 them

 from

 conservative

 values,

 but

 we

 can

do

 something.”

 He

 paused,

 as

 everyone

 listened.

 “We

 can

 keep

 them

 from

 forming

 an

intimate,

 abiding

 experience

 in

 Christ.

 If

 they

 gain

 that

 connection

 with

 Him,

 our

 power

 over

them

 is

 broken.

 So

 let

 them

 go

 to

 church,

 let

 them

 have

 their

 conservative

 lifestyles,

 but

 steal

their

 time,

 so

 they

 can’t

 gain

 that

 deep

 experience

 in

 Jesus.”

“How

 shall

 we

 do

 this?”

 shouted

 his

 angels.
