EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
The purpose of this literature view is to evaluate what scholars and researchers think about cheating at universities and make everyone aware of the cheating that is taking place not only in classrooms but in online teaching as well and what measures/ research has been done to combat this serious issue through appropriate policies and procedures and what lacks in the current measures to control this fraud and what can be done in future to completely eradicate this evil from the academic field to uphold the academic integrity.
WHAT IS LITERATURE REVIEW?
A Literature review is a classification and evaluation of what accredited scholars and researchers have written on a topic. It is; -
* A critical, analytical summary and synthesis of the current research and knowledge of a topic
* Compare and relate different theories and findings
* Should have a focus/theme to organize the review
* Does not need to be exhaustive but should cover significant, academic literature
* May offer new interpretations, theoretical approaches, or other ideas
* Must provide a critical overview of the current state of research efforts
