Re: Time management
The reason of this memo is to inform you about an article I found on one of my daily checked websites: www.visitask.com, this article speaks of the importance of time management when doing a project. This article will be a huge tool for our PMs so they can see what they can do to avoid those little things that can distract them when trying to complete a task.
In this article stated that one of the reasons to achieve a successful goal a person must learn how to manage themselves, a well managed person is a person with less stress about finishing a project, than one with no control/management over themselves. Our PM started taking on different task to try to complete the project ahead of schedule to have time to check for any problems on the project. Come to find out, the project was five months behind schedule, because of the fact that while he was trying to take on the entire task at once he was not putting attention to what was the project truly about. At the end, it was something completely different from what our client had requested. As a result we mistreated our resources to complete the task...
