I would choose the cloud solution for this setup, cloud computing has come a long way and it is predictable the future of computing. Cloud computing is much easier to setup and maintain, more affordable, and more flexible than a traditional client server setup. Previously the cloud would be more expensive and confusing, but cost has gone down. Companies such as Google, Amazon who are providing cloud services and their cloud business is growing fast. Even apple uses Amazon and Google to provide some of their cloud service to consumers using their products. Almost every major IT leader, from HP to IBM to Microsoft, is aggressively developing cloud based offerings as customer are demanding it more. Most companies offer package deals that will cover all of the companies need and have it all under one roof, as oppose to have various companies handle different aspect of your business.
