The school of business is trying to serve a diverse population of students. In order to do they needed to evaluate their student’s satisfaction of  their current services and programs. They decided to administer surveys to their students to obtain information about their satisfaction, find existing areas of improvement, and discover other possible opportunities.A well-executed survey begins with an understanding of the project’s goals and objectives. 1. Considering customer satisfaction as it applies to  university setting, what are some other areas in addition to those identified for the project that may contribute to students satisfaction/dissatisfaction with their education experience?

The questionnaire asked a variety of questions regarding faculty, classes/curriculum, and many resources, but they still needed to add questions about the school as a whole. To know whether the School of Business is doing well they have to ask the students about their overall student experience and how it fits in with their studies. Additional areas they can ask would be about the different buildings they have classes in. How well they are set up and cleanliness of the buildings. The security of the school.

2. Does the current questionnaire provide information on students’ overall satisfaction with their undergraduate program? Explain. What revisions are necessary to this questionnaire to obtain an overall satisfaction rating.

The questionnaire was designed to figure out the students satisfaction on different aspects of the school, but what the questionnaire does is state statements to ask if the students agree or disagree, not how much they are satisfied.
