THE PROBLEM AND ITS BACKGROUND

1.1 Introduction

Man has always dreamed of ways to do a lot of things better, cheaper and faster. There is all natural progression towards better & more useful tools. One such tool that has fascinated man is Computer. Through the radical changes of using computer, people are now deeply in touch with visually thrilling information and rich voyage through generation of knowledge in Information Technology.

In order to mention about anatomy and relation to help user students, faculty and medical practitioner improve their learning ability. The researcher decided to come up with a reference for user students, teachers and medical practitioner with pictures in full colour, an easy to access system and a very interesting facts about the Human bones and muscles, the system provide a complete and reliable information concerning the Human Skeletal and Muscular System.

The whole project will cover the discussion of Human Skeletal System & Muscular System. Today, modern learning tools are available, the use of 3D and hologram effects enhances learning because it combines visualization and listening, which makes demonstrations, researching and teaching process more advantageous and profitable. One practical application of information Technology learning is in the medical education particularly on Human Skeletal System and Muscular System. The study will show the big difference of the manual system and the benefits of the proposed system.

The effect of this technology to the people can brings a great impact in different aspects and Technology is an expose factor in the development of a country. It can be effectively applied in business and industry, government, education, communication, science, agriculture, home and connections.
