* System: Salesforce.com Function: Lead Management / Distribution

Date Created: 3/2/2011 Original Author: Tami Miller

I. Requirement Objective:

As of 2/16/2011, there are 13k+ “un-touched” leads in SF, with phone, that need to be redistributed amongst 7 partner agencies. SF lead data was queried and provided to DSI to eliminate past guests & agency records. The remaining leads (2070) need to be distributed evenly to our travel partners based on a percentage of each source (e.g. Brochure Request, Booking Request, BRC, etc) provided in addendum. After a period of time, agency will report back various information on lead result and conversion. (Outlined in BR’s)

II. Business requirements

1. Leads must be distributed to each agency based on the percentile provided in Addendum B

2. The initial 2079 records must be “flagged” in SF as a part of this process (business may need to pull data later therefore we want to identify these are the targeted records)

3. If one of the 2079 flagged records was “touched” since last query on 2/16, it will not be re-distributed

4. If the lead was created after 2/16/11, it will not be included in the distribution

5. The leads should remain in an agency “queue” in SF where they can be accessed easily...
