The primary objective of Module II SLP is to identify opportunities for personal discovery and growth as a management professional in the area of organizational transitions and the understanding of the impact of personality and individual goals.

Based on my assessment my personality type was revealed to be an introverted intuitive thinking judging (INTJ). An INTJ is identified as a slightly expressed introvert, whose personality is moderately expressed intuitive, thinking and judging. With regard to temperament the assessment revealed that I am categorized as a Rational Mastermind.

I can categorize my experience taking the assessment in two ways. First, I was genuinely excited as to what the outcome would be. As I went through the test I eagerly looked forward to what the questions would reveal about my personality. These types of test interest me because they actually serve as a means for me to learn more about myself. Secondly, there is truth revealed. The way the questions are presented they are intended to reveal indications on how I perceive the world. I view this simple method as an awesome way to analyze my individual behavioral traits. To build on the base foundation which is provided can allow a solid explanation to the character of an individual.

I was not at all surprised by the degree to which my personality type was indicated by the assessment and it does fit my self-image. I view myself as a strong, capable and decisive leader and manager. In all honesty, to take a test and have this confirmed was a relief and at the same time very enlightening. I was relieved to have my strengths confirmed. To know that my ability to plan and process long term goals is a justifiable and innate characteristic that has been apart of my being is cause for me to rejoice.
